Through its collaboration with recruiting commodities markets and trading technologies expert Energy Exchange Group (EEG), Enertech Search Partners adds a new market segment for its energy and sustainability recruiting services. Energy Exchange Group’s recruitment focuses on senior level sales, trading, analytics and risk management positions in the commodity trading, technology services and sustainability and operational risk industries. The collaboration will leverage expertise on both sides of the table, as well as open up new opportunities for the companies to conduct searches in the ever expanding market of energy and carbon trading, including solar and renewable energy certificates, carbon offsets and water entitlements and allocations.

“We have been working closely with Energy Exchange Group for years and we’re so thrilled to finally make our collaboration official,” said Enertech Search Partners CEO and Founder Paige Carratturo. “Energy Exchange Group’s extensive experience in the trading markets now means that we can expand our expert offerings into new emerging markets, helping the industry and its companies grow through the placement of the right people in the right positions. ”

Since 2009, Energy Exchange Group has been partnering with companies to build winning teams throughout North America, Europe and Latin America. By focusing on the industries of commodity trading, software and technology for the trading industry, as well as sustainability and operational management, EEG ensures an unparalleled density of expertise and connections in these sectors.

EEG’s trading and market expertise has its foundation in trading floor expertise that founder and CEO Patricia McNulty gained working as a trader at HSBC on their Metals Desk. She also traded Gold Options on the NYM/Comex for SMW Trading, as well as climbed the sales ladder at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), Bloomberg PowerMatch Group, one of the first energy related trading platforms, where she also helped launch the Natural Gas market.

“Enertech’s commitment to becoming long-term career allies with the world’s top energy and sustainability talent is something we believe in and follow as well,” said McNulty. “We’re excited to add our specific expertise in the trading and technologies market to Enertech’s high-level and personalized recruitment services.”

Enertech has created valued partnerships with some of the global cleantech economy’s most emerging companies and brightest business leaders. Along with the addition of commodities markets through its collaboration with Energy Exchange Group, the specific market segments that the company also works in include smart grid, energy efficiency, distributed energy, cleanweb, sustainability and the Internet of Things.
